Where is the package manager?
There are none. Nard is a
SDK, not a regular
Linux distribution. Typically one precomputes
a static image which can't subsequently be modified.
This is how live boot systems work and it makes them very long
term predictable. With +100 devices in remote locations it's of
utterly importance they all run exactly the same software –
or support become a nightmare.
Where is application X?
If it's not yet available in nard/apps/
you may either add it your self
(tutorial here) or ask for
help in the mailing list.
Supply voltage
Do not power Raspberry Pi from a PC USB socket! Use a proper power
supply having 1A output at least. If you experince strange
behaviour or broken SD-cards; try shorten the cables and replace the
supply with a more powerfull one. Also, try connecting any USB
peripheral via an externaly powered hub.
