ACT led

  With nard operating normally, should the ACT led be pulsing continuously?

  The ACT led is documented to be a "card status" led, flashing during
SD card activity:

  On the other hand, the nard doc says:
"When the green ACT led flashes on and off slowly it has finished booting. 
(About 20 seconds from power-on.)"

After booting, should it continue flashing? Or does it really mean that
there is SD card activity?
